Where are my lists stored?
On your device. If you turn on iCloud backup, they back up to your own private iCloud. We never see them.

How do I export a list?
Open a list, tap Export, and choose Excel, CSV, PDF, or email.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Manage it in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings — subscriptions are billed and cancelled there.
