Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

ListQR (“the app”) is provided by Nasj Alhulul (نسج الحلول), Saudi Arabia (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using ListQR, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Contact: support@listqr.app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ListQR on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business use, in line with the app store terms you downloaded it from.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or resell the app; use it to break any law; or scan or store content you have no right to. You are responsible for the content in your lists.

4. Purchases & payment

Some features require ListQR Pro, a one-time purchase that unlocks them permanently on your store account. It is not a subscription and nothing renews automatically. The purchase is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and can be restored on a new device from the same store account using “Restore Purchases”. Refunds are handled by the respective app store.

5. Your content

Your lists and items are yours. Because they are stored on your device, you are responsible for backing them up. We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, deletion, or uninstalling the app.

6. Availability

We work to keep ListQR reliable but provide it “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListQR and its makers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to the app or terms

We may update, change, or discontinue features, and may revise these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
